Rice flour is flour made from finely ground (glutinous) rice and is used in the East as a binding agent.
Green tea extract comes from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis. Because the young leaves of the tea plant are treated with steam after harvesting, the amount of polyphenols such as catechins remains intact. Polyphenols are a group of antioxidants.
Rosehip is the fruit of the rose plant. They are rich in vitamin C, carotenoids and flavonoids.
